Ultra accurate sleeve scan with Zumbach laser
The Sleeve Quality Inspection System (SQIS) uses the Zumbach laser to scan the 3D landscape of self-adhesive sleeves with an accuracy of 1 micron. This machine can now scan and create a report of the condition of Tesa Twinlock or Polymount sleeves. The SQIS was previously referred to as TIR Sleeve Measurement System with Zumbach Laser.

Automatic moving HD cameras
Ultra high definition cameras moving according to the stored data in the system.

The Zumbach laser scans and analyzes the 3D landscape of the sleeve with an accuracy of 1 micron.

Vertically moving cylinder
It allows a fixed distance of the cameras to the plate, so no focusing of the lenses is needed.

Camera for EasyReg
Using the calibration data by scanning the mandrel and the sleeve, the Easyreg sign is detected.
