Martijn Otten

Managing Director

Martijn Otten is a mechanical engineer and the Managing Director of AV Flexologic, leading the family business with a technical heart and a commercial head. His passion for innovation and precision engineering has propelled AV Flexologic to the forefront of the flexographic printing industry, continuously setting new standards with advanced technologies.

Nick Vietnieks

Managing Director

Nick Vietnieks has been part of Tech Sleeves since 2020. He started as a business developer, and now he is the General Manager, leading Tech Sleeves to become the printing sleeve manufacturer with the highest quality, innovation, and reliability. He is a dedicated, result driven Product and Sales Leader with a core focus on getting results, putting the customer relationship at the forefront of any deal or agreement.

Alina Pop

Production General Manager

As General Manager at Color Control, Alina oversees daily operations, aligning strategy with execution. With a focus on team development and continuous improvement, she creates an environment where people can thrive.

Vincent Riemens

Technical Director

Vincent’s role covers the full technical scope of our sleeves — from design and materials to real world performance. He is passionate about innovation and enjoys collaborating with a team that’s always moving forward.

Razvan Marginean

Operation Manager

Razvan oversees the factory operations, manages staffing, and is responsible for the overall manufacturing of Tech Sleeves products.

Andrei Valach

Production Manager

A hands-on presence on the production floor, responsible for direct communication with all floor staff, coordinating ongoing projects and serving as the key link to the technical headquarters.

Razvan Buitan

Quality Manager

Responsible for ensuring the quality of all products, including analyzing issues related to sleeves and adapters. He guarantees that every product leaving the factory meets premium standards, while also ensuring material stability and consistency throughout the production process.

Responsible for purchasing all materials needed for sleeve production and ensuring stable stock levels. Manages order planning, shipment scheduling, and updates—making sure the factory never runs out of essential materials.
